These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the iChill mobile application and related services operated by New Music Productions (“iChill”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the iChill application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.
1. Use of the Application
iChill provides music-related content and features accessible through a mobile application.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using your email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscription Services
iChill offers a monthly auto-renewable subscription that provides access to premium content and features.
- Subscription Length: 1 Month
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
All billing and payment transactions are handled by Apple through the App Store.
4. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple according to Apple's refund policies.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available in the iChill app including music, graphics, branding, and software is owned by or licensed to New Music Productions and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the app without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Music Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the iChill application.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if a user violates these Terms or engages in unlawful behavior.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where New Music Productions operates.
